Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to take a 50% deposit or
one nights lodging at the time the reservation is made.
We require 21 days notice of cancellation prior
to scheduled arrival. The full daily rate for the full reservation
will be charged to your credit card if cancellation is not
received within the 21 days scheduled arrival.
If notified of the cancellation before the
21 days, we will issue a full refund less a $25 processing
fee. Cash deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation
is received within 21 days of scheduled arrival.
In the event of an early departure, you will
be responsible for the total room charge originally booked.
Children’s Policy
We accept well-behaved children 10 years and
older. Some exceptions may apply - please call.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all the guests, there is
no smoking at the Wilder Farm Inn. There will be $200 cleaning
fee assessed for anyone found smoking at the inn.
