All the leading nutritional experts agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here at the Wilder Farm Inn we think so too. Who says quality and quantity can't co-exist? We believe that before you head out for the day, you should be filled up with a great tasting gourmet country breakfast.

Start your morning with a cup of Green Mountain Organic Coffee or Waterbury's own Vermont Liberty Tea. Relax by the fire while you enjoy some of our taste sensations. We love to cook with fresh local and organic ingredients; we think you will taste the difference. Only Vermont cheese's and butter are ever used as well as veggies from the garden as well as foraged mushrooms, ramps & berries. Here's a sampling of some of our breakfasts:

Starters:

  • Fresh made crepes filled with scrambled eggs with garden chives and VT cheddar or goat
  • Fluffy omelettes served with wholesome homade breads
  • Our famous 6 grain organic pancakes in a variety of flavors: wild blueberry, banana walnut, pumpkin pecan, raspberry & peach or apple walnut topped with pure Vermont maple syrup
